James Jackson Romeo
James Jackson Romeo, P.E. started his structural engineering business in 2004 in Glenwood Springs, CO and has been designing structures in the surrounding areas since 1992. Jim specializes in custom residential and commercial construction and provides intuitive construction drawings. He prides himself in the quality of his work and is committed to customer satisfaction.
Jim holds a B.S. in Structural Design & Construction Engineering (1986) and an A.E.S. in Architectural Engineering Technology (1984) from the Pennsylvania State University. His experience includes custom residential, commercial construction, condition assessments, foundation repair, bridge design, bridge inspection, climbing wall design and more. Jerome M. Lacotta
Jerome M. Lacotta, P.E. currently works for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as the Department’s Structure Control Engineer in the Philadelphia area. Jerry formed his own consulting business in 2006.
Jerry and Jim attended Penn State together and now work together on custom residential and commercial construction in New Jersey and Colorado.
Jerry holds a B.S. in Structural Design & Construction Engineering (1986) and an A.E.S. in Architectural Engineering Technology (1984) from the Pennsylvania State University. Jerry is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Neno Grguric
Neno Grguric established his own company in 1998, Structures Consulting, Inc., an engineering consulting firm located in Laguna Beach, California. As a past president of American Society of Civil Engineers (YMF), he has led numerous projects for Habitat for Humanity and Corazon. He is actively involved as an instructor for P.E. licensing courses and is a member of Structural Engineers Association and The International Code Council.
Neno and Jim met in 2004 and work together on projects in California and Colorado.
Neno is a licensed Professional Engineer registered in the state of California. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.
